David Magner is the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Strategy at Trane Technologies, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, David served as Plant General Manager and held various IT and operations roles at Ingersoll Rand from 2003 to 2009. David's earlier experience includes working as Operations Manager at Ingersoll Cutting Tools and Plant Manager at Textron Fastening Systems from 1988 to 2003. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University between 1982 and 1991.
