Derek Andrjeski

Derek Andrjeski, PMP, CSM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, operations, and engineering. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Making A Way Transport, a Non-Emergency Medical Transport company in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Derek oversees over 25,000 transportation trips annually. As the Principal Program Manager at Trane Technologies, leadership of cross-functional teams in the development of new Commercial HVAC products is a key responsibility. Previously, Derek held executive roles at MacDonald & Owen Lumber Company, focusing on strategy and operational excellence, as well as multiple positions at Ingersoll Rand that included Production Manager and Operational Excellence Coordinator, driving significant productivity improvements and operational changes. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Weston Solutions and various leadership positions in the 5th Armored Brigade of the US Army. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
