Drew Shields

Drew Shields currently serves as the Director of Corporate Finance Analytics and Insight at Trane Technologies, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Drew held various roles at Ahold Delhaize USA, including Director of Commercial Reporting and Analytics, and Advance Analytics Manager. Drew's experience at Ahold Delhaize spans from January 2022 to October 2025, with earlier positions at Food Lion as Manager of Store Merchandise Planning and Shopper Behavior Strategist. Additional roles include Finance Project Manager at Delhaize America, Business Information Manager and Senior Business Strategy Analyst at Bottom Dollar Food, and various sales associate positions at Food Lion. Drew began the professional journey in sales and delivery with Food Lion and Danville School Board while earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 2005 and 2007.
