Dylan Matera

Dylan Matera is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in supply chain solutions and software portfolio management. Currently serving as the IT Leader for Supply Chain Solutions at Trane Technologies since June 2019, Dylan previously held the role of Applications Manager at Ingersoll Rand from June 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing software portfolios and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple plants. Prior to that, Dylan worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and CEVA Logistics, progressing through various roles from Business Analyst to IT Project Leader, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and improving application health. Dylan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
