Emilio Ron

Emilio Ron, MBA, is the Founder and Director of Speak From Within, where they specialize in communication and leadership training, delivering workshops for notable clients such as American Express and Etsy. Beginning their public speaking journey in 2015, Emilio has also served as a leadership mentor at Stony Brook University and has held various engineering roles, including as an Intelligent Services Account Engineer at Trane Technologies. Emilio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA in Management from Hofstra University.
