Fran Orphan

Fran Orphan is a seasoned retail management professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Retail Planning Manager at Trane Technologies since July 2021, Fran collaborates with promo planning, buying teams, and store teams to ensure successful sales plan execution. Prior experience at Kroger from April 1992 to July 2021 includes roles such as Drug GM Merchandiser, Division Produce & Floral Sales Manager, District Operations Coordinator overseeing operations for 18 stores, and District Coordinator managing Produce and Drug GM Departments across 23 stores. Fran began the career as a clerk while completing a Bachelor of Animal Science degree at Virginia Tech, eventually rising to the position of Store Manager after serving as Assistant Manager in various locations.
