Gary Fogarty, holding certifications in CLEP and CWEP, has extensive experience in project management and development within the federal construction sector. At Ameresco from September 2016 to August 2018, Gary served as Project Manager for Federal Construction and Project Developer for Federal projects, overseeing substantial projects including VA Hospitals and military installations, with costs totaling over $100 million. Currently, Gary is the Lighting Project Development Manager at Trane Technologies, and previously held roles as Associate Construction Manager and Construction Manager at NORESCO. Gary earned an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management from Wake Technical Community College with a GPA of 3.7.
