Glenn E.

Glenn E. is the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Global Head of Litigation at Trane Technologies, where they currently oversee the strategic development and management of intellectual property for a global enterprise. Previously, Glenn held several roles at Dräger, culminating as President, Corporate Innovation & Intellectual Property, where they led worldwide innovation strategy and managed multi-jurisdictional IP litigations. Their experience includes positions as Intellectual Property Counsel at ev3 and Senior Associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. Glenn began their career as an engineer at IBM, contributing to the development of an updated air traffic control system for the FAA, and they also served as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering at Purdue University.
