Gregory Licausi

Gregory Licausi is an accomplished corporate executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Gregory previously held multiple roles at Ingersoll Rand from August 2014 to March 2020, including Director of Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy. Earlier in the career, Gregory worked at A.T. Kearney as Manager and Associate, and at Accenture as a Consultant and Analyst in the Strategy Practice. Gregory holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from William & Mary.
