Heather Maxwell is an accomplished leader in customer success and operational efficiency with extensive experience in the HVAC and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Mission Critical Solutions Leader at Trane Technologies since April 2019, Heather has a strong focus on enhancing customer engagement through cross-functional collaboration and lean methodologies. Prior roles at Trane include Senior Key Account Operations Leader and Director of Customer Success Key Accounts, building on a foundation of leadership in sales and operations. Before joining Trane, Heather held various positions in sales and procurement at Trane, Johnson Controls, GE Power, and gained experience as an intern at the American Chemical Society. Heather holds a Bachelor's of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University at Albany Massry School of Business, alongside additional studies at Georgetown University.
