Heidi McGuire

Heidi McGuire is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the VP and Executive Marketing Leader for Commercial HVAC Americas at Trane Technologies since January 2020. Previous roles at Ingersoll Rand include Director of Regional Marketing for the Southeast & West Territory and Senior Communications Business Partner for both Commercial HVAC North America & EMEA, focusing on strategic communications and public relations. Heidi's career began with roles in communications at American Standard and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, where foundational skills in public relations and content development were acquired. Heidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and completed the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
