Jason Fry is a seasoned professional in procurement and operations, currently serving as VP Indirect Procurement at Trane Technologies since March 2020. Jason's previous experience includes various leadership roles such as Director of Business Operations and Director of Category Management focused on materials like steel, metal fabrications, and polymers. Prior to Trane Technologies, Jason held significant positions at Ingersoll Rand from October 2010 to March 2020, including Director of Category Management and Senior Category Manager. Jason began a career at Ingersoll Rand in a Leadership Development Program after graduating from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2004. In addition, Jason is currently pursuing an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD, which began in June 2022.
