With over 19 years in compressor design, manufacturing, and reliability engineering, Jay has effectively led technical teams, managed significant NPI programs, and implemented reliability processes. Jay's educational background includes an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
