Jeffrey Feld

Jeffrey Feld, MBA, currently serves as an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist within the Accelerated Development Program at Trane Technologies, where responsibilities include executing HR strategies focused on labor relations and employee engagement. In previous roles at Trane, Feld led employee listening sessions and improved attendance policies during an internship. An extensive academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University. Prior military experience in the US Navy involved senior advisory and managerial roles in combat systems, human resources, and communications. Feld has also studied international business at Universidad EAFIT and holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Coastline College.
