Jerome Beski is a seasoned professional in the field of data analytics and engineering excellence, currently serving as the Data Analytics Transformation Program Leader and Senior Manager of Engineering Excellence at Trane Technologies since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jerome held various leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand from February 2008 to February 2020, including Senior Manager of Global Engineering Excellence and Engineering IT Systems Manager. Jerome began the career at Ashok Leyland, progressing from Programmer Trainee to Deputy Manager from January 1999 to February 2008. Jerome holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Physics, both from Bharathidasan University.
