John Brofft

John Brofft is an experienced sales leader in the building systems industry, currently serving as the Controls Sales Team Leader for Southern Ohio at Trane Technologies since July 2020. Prior to this role, John co-owned Innovative Energy Solutions (IES) from December 2002 to July 2020, overseeing all sales personnel, Building Automation System sales, and marketing efforts. John also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Invensys Building Systems from August 1999 to December 2002, managing sales activities across a five-state area, and served as Branch Manager at the same company from 1996 to 1999, where responsibilities included business operations and P&L management for a Cincinnati branch with annual revenues exceeding $5 million. John holds an AAS degree in HVAC from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and further studies at Northern Kentucky University.
