John Shepherd is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional, currently serving as the Plant/Region EHS Manager at Trane Technologies since January 2016. Previously, John held the position of Director of EHS Compliance & Process Safety at Noranda Aluminum from March 2012 to January 2016, and served as Multi-Site EHS Leader overseeing residential HVAC manufacturing operations for Ingersoll Rand from March 2006 to March 2012. John began a career in EHS as an EHS Leader at Owens Corning from 2003 to 2006. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, earned between 1992 and 1997.
