Jon Kumi

Jon Kumi, PE, CEM, CMVP, is an experienced federal Measurement and Verification Engineer at Trane Technologies since June 2022, and has been serving as Treasurer at Kumi Construction Management Corporation since January 2012. Previously, Jon worked at Honeywell as a Measurement and Verification Specialist, focusing on developing M&V plans for ESPC projects, and held roles at Constellation as both Senior and Performance Assurance Engineer, where responsibilities included M&V plan development for federal projects following established protocols. Earlier experience includes a position as Measurement & Verification Engineer at Pepco Energy Services, where Jon developed M&V tools and engaged in extensive analysis of energy usage. Jon holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland.
