Jonathan Emond

Jonathan Emond currently serves as a Store Leader at Trane Technologies since October 2021 and has extensive experience with the Canadian Forces as an Officier des Forces armées canadiennes - Cadre des Instructeurs de Cadets since March 2009. Key responsibilities include course scheduling, activity coordination for groups, evaluation strategy implementation, and problem analysis within the unit. Jonathan has also held various leadership roles in the Cadet program, managing teams of instructors and cadets while ensuring compliance with regulations and effective personnel management. Previous positions include Service Coordinator at Trane Canada and Labor Relations Advisor at the Association de la construction du Québec. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and completed a microprogram in strategic project management.
