Jonathan Holland

Jonathan Holland is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in process improvement and new product launches, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer III at Trane Technologies since March 2020. Prior to this, Jonathan held the same title at Ingersoll Rand and Hutchinson: Fluid Management Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing complex manufacturing systems and leading engineering projects. Jonathan's early career included roles in customer service and lawn care, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from LSU Shreveport, along with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing & Engineering Technology from Tennessee Technological University.
