Julie Albert

Julie Albert is an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience in driving recruitment strategies across North America and Latin America. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Julie leads a proficient team and oversees the Global Center of Excellence. Prior to this role, Julie held positions at Ingersoll Rand for nearly 13 years, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities encompassed global Talent Acquisition processes, technology, and operations. Additional experience includes managerial roles in recruiting and training at Dulcinea Farms, LLC, and a brief period as a recruiter at Oakley. Julie Albert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego.
