Katherine Compton, EIT, EMIT, currently serves as a Comprehensive Solutions Energy Engineer at Trane Technologies since January 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Colorado State University Energy Institute, where Katherine was the Center Lead Student and an Undergraduate Project Engineer from August 2020 to December 2022. Katherine also interned at AES Group, Inc. as a Student Engineering Intern from May 2019 to July 2020 and worked as a Guest Service Representative for the Town of Parker, Colorado, from December 2016 to November 2019. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies, both obtained from Colorado State University between August 2018 and December 2022.
