Katie Runey, PHR, is the Talent Acquisition Global Center of Excellence Leader at Trane Technologies, where they manage global technologies and systems for the Talent Acquisition teams. They focus on partnering with Global Process Owners to enhance the candidate, manager, and employee experience. Previously, Katie held various roles at Ingersoll Rand and served in several positions related to human resources and talent acquisition, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Global Technology and Operations Manager. Katie earned a Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
