Katie Staats

Katie Staats (Vanderhoek) is an accomplished Procurement Program Manager at Trane Technologies since October 2020, having previously served as a Material Planner and Production Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing assembly line operations and managing a team of 55 employees in a Lean Daily Management environment. With an extensive military background, Katie holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, where duties included serving as Division Signal Officer and Battalion Signal Officer, leading communications and logistics operations for various battalions. Previous civilian roles include Executive Assistant at the United States Department of the Army, and Manufacturing Supervisor at Ingersoll Rand and Belden Inc., where operational leadership and process improvements were emphasized.
