Kevin O'Brien is an IT leader with over twenty-five years of expertise in HR and IT, including more than ten years in leadership roles. Currently serving as the IT Leader for Technology Transition and Deployment at Trane Technologies, Kevin directs the Workday implementation. Previously, Kevin held the position of Global IT Manager for HR & Legal Applications at Trane Technologies, where they led a global HRIS team and partnered with senior leadership on core HR systems. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.
