Kim Goodwin

Kim Goodwin, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Human Capital Management at Trane Technologies since February 2006. Kim has held various roles, including Manager of People Leader Services, where leadership coaching and support are provided, and Manager of HRS Generalist, focused on process improvement and capability building. Earlier positions at Trane included Business Relationship Manager and HR Generalist, concentrating on employee relations and training. Prior to Trane, Kim worked as a Project Manager and HR Manager at Magna Sign International, overseeing HR functions and project management. Kim began a career in HR during an internship at the University of South Carolina, where event planning was a key responsibility. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
