Kyle Hartman

Kyle Hartman is currently a Production Supervisor at Trane Technologies, where they oversee daily operations in a Lean Manufacturing environment and coach associates to achieve high standards. Previously, they worked as a Consultant/Team Lead at Restore Pro NJ from 2012 to 2017, managing team members and performing property remediation. Kyle also gained experience as an intern at Hamilton Radio in 2017, setting up social media live airings and providing commentary and production support. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University and are pursuing an Associate’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Mercer County Community College.
