Lakshmi Narayanan

Lakshmi Narayanan is a seasoned technology manager at Trane Technologies, where they oversee controls modeling. With over 21 years of experience in designing control algorithms, model-based development (MBD), and embedded software, Lakshmi has led projects involving geographically distributed teams and created standards and roadmaps for technology maturation within the organization. Previously, Lakshmi has held positions at Ingersoll Rand and Premier Evolvics, contributing significantly to the development and integration of refrigeration control algorithms. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from PSNA College of Engineering and Technology.
