LaMont Parson is a seasoned professional in quality and supplier development with extensive experience in various leadership roles across leading organizations. Currently serving as Senior Leader of Supplier Quality & Development at Trane Technologies since October 2020, LaMont oversees daily operations for the Americas Supplier Quality and Development teams. Previously, LaMont held positions such as Associate Director of Quality at Collins Aerospace, where the deployment of AS9100D Zero Defect Plan led to a 24% reduction in Number of Escapes, and Director of Quality at Triumph Group, managing quality operations for multiple facilities across North America. Ingersoll Rand also benefitted from LaMont's expertise as Director for Supplier Quality & Development, highlighting achievements such as attaining an EE Index of 97%.
