Leandro Santos has extensive experience in automation and technical support within the industrial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Técnico em Automação at Trane Technologies since October 2013, Leandro specializes in programming PLCs and HMIs for industrial refrigeration panels, project management, and field installation. Previous roles include Técnico em Automação Industrial at Nevar Refrigeração Industrial, where responsibilities encompassed complete project execution including drafting and installation; After Sales Analyst at Technicolor, focusing on customer support and service quality; Técnico em Telecomunicações at Eletro Forma Ltda, responsible for testing telecom equipment and training new technicians; and Analista de Suporte Técnico at Ingenico, providing technical support and training for electronic payment terminals.
