Liz Cloninger

Liz Cloninger is the Finance Director for Digital Strategy & Technology at Trane Technologies, a position held since 2025. Previously, Liz had an extensive tenure at Ingersoll Rand from 2015 to 2019, where roles included FP&A Leader for Power Tools and Director of Finance for Milton Roy & Seepex. Prior to that, Liz served as the Director of Financial Reporting at Cardinal Logistics Management from 2002 to 2014 and worked as a Controller at SunEnergy1 from 2014 to 2015. Liz began their career as an Auditor at Deloitte from 1998 to 2001.
