Madhavan Narayanan

Madhavan Narayanan is currently an Engineering Adjunct Faculty at Viterbo University and serves as the Test Engineering and Quality Group Manager at Trane Technologies. Previously, Madhavan held roles such as Product Validation Manager at Ingersoll Rand and Engineering Tech Leader at Caterpillar Inc., where they managed strategies for quality and validation processes. With extensive experience in engineering management, product development, and technology strategy, Madhavan has successfully created organizational value through innovative solutions in R&D programs. Madhavan's educational background includes master's and bachelor's degrees in aerospace, aeronautical, and astronautical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and Madras Institute of Technology, along with graduate studies in mechanical engineering at Florida State University.
