Matt Erdman

Matt Erdman is the Leader of Advanced Analytics at Trane Technologies, where they enable data analysts and data scientists to develop robust analytics solutions. Previously, Matt served in various roles at Trane Technologies, including Senior Customer Satisfaction Analyst and Advanced Analytics Data Strategist/IT Manager, where they managed multiple analytics initiatives and trained personnel in data visualization tools. Prior to their time at Trane, Matt worked as a Project Manager at Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, Inc. and held academic positions at Iowa State University, earning a Ph.D. in Psychology. They have a strong foundation in data analysis, analytics training, and project management, which supports their current efforts to enhance the analytics environment at Trane.
