Matthew Sharp

Matthew Sharp is a seasoned professional in energy management and comprehensive solutions, currently serving as the Regional Comprehensive Solutions Operations Leader at Trane Technologies since September 2021. In this role, Sharp oversees the development and implementation of Trane’s Comprehensive Solutions offerings. Previously, Sharp held various leadership positions at Trane, including Comprehensive Solutions Development Leader and Project Developer. Sharp's experience also includes senior management roles at The Hospital for Sick Children, Johnson Controls, and Toronto Hydro Energy Services Inc., with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions. An MBA graduate from Ivey Business School and a certified Project Management Professional, Sharp has over three decades of experience in the energy sector, starting with Sharp Energy Strategies and continuing through various significant roles in major organizations.
