Max Wu is currently the Regional OPEX Director at Trane Technologies and has held the position of plant manager there since 2019. Max began their career as an SMT engineer at 德尔福 from 2000 to 2003, before advancing through various leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager and Lean Six Sigma Director at Tower (Ningbo) automotive. With experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, Max has contributed to several major companies, including Medtronic and TRW, focusing on efficiency and operational excellence across Asia. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Automation from Soochow University in 2000.
