Michael OHare is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy services and building automation. Currently serving as the Area Contracting Manager for Trane Technologies in Orlando and Jacksonville since April 2023, Michael previously held the position of Vice President of Service Operations at Comprehensive Energy Services from November 2003 to September 2022. Michael also founded and operated Industrial Energy Services from December 1996 to May 2002, successfully growing the company to $1 million in revenue within its first two years by delivering innovative solutions in commercial and industrial building automation and chiller systems. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Building Controls Technician at Johnson Controls from May 1983 to December 1996, focusing on the maintenance and repair of pneumatic and DDC automation systems. Michael is trained in Situational Leadership II, having completed education through the Ken Blanchard program in 2014, and served in the U.S. Navy from 1976 to 1980.
