Michaela Daubert, MBA, is an accomplished procurement and supply chain management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Procurement Manager and Director of the Program Management Office at Trane Technologies since October 2019, Michaela previously held key roles at Ingersoll Rand and Syngenta, where responsibilities included managing supplier relationships and leading cross-functional project teams. Michaela’s early career included significant positions in financial planning and logistics, with a notable role as a Logistics Wing Maintenance Data Systems Analyst in the United States Air Force. Academically, Michaela holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
