Nadim Dagher

Nadim Dagher is an accomplished HR Leader with extensive experience in multiple regions, including the Middle East, Africa, and parts of Europe and Asia Pacific. Currently serving at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Nadim oversees HR operations for a business with a turnover of $350 million and over 350 employees, leading initiatives such as talent acquisition, succession planning, and the implementation of new HR technology systems. Prior to this role, Nadim held various HR positions at Ingersoll Rand from 2008 to 2020, managing HR functions for the MEA region and successfully deploying self-service tools. Earlier career roles include Business Manager at GDS Knowledge Consultants and Business Development Manager at Loxia Technologies, as well as experience with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia. Nadim holds a Master's Degree in Business Management and is a certified leadership coach through Marshall Goldsmith's program.
