Patti Moore

Patti Moore is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in HR technology integration and management. Currently serving as the IT Leader for Workday Functional Integration at Trane Technologies, Patti has previously held positions including Director of HR Technology at Cencora, where leadership involved supporting Workday initiatives and aligning technology with business goals. Prior roles include Principal Engagement Manager at Workday, overseeing global implementations, and several key positions focused on Workday system management and HR operations at companies such as Catalina USA, Time Inc., and Time Warner Inc. With a background that includes effective team leadership and project management across multiple organizations, Patti has consistently driven enhancements and supported the integration of technology in HR processes. Patti holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
