Pete Theodore

Pete Theodore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pastoral, marketing, and consulting roles. Serving as Family & Outreach Pastor at Occoquan Bible Church (1997-2002) and Senior Pastor at Derwood and Wye Bible Churches (2006-2010), Pete also held leadership positions at various organizations, including Communications & Marketing Manager at Second Chance, Inc. (2011-2023) and Marketing Engineer at Trane Technologies (2023-present). Additionally, Pete is a seasoned background film and television artist, participating in notable projects such as "Gigi and Nate," "Righteous Gemstones," and "The Hunting Wives." An entrepreneur, Pete operated a successful landscaping business, Landsculpters Etc. (1989-1997), and has a strong academic background with multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Leadership & Communication from Missio Seminary.
