Randy Henk has extensive experience in engineering project management, currently serving as an Engineering Project Manager at both Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand since February 2005. Additionally, Randy operated as a Business Owner at Natural Energy Systems, Inc., specializing in renewable energy equipment sales and system design from 1995 to 2000.
