Randy Radloff is currently the Associate Chief Engineer at Thermo King, a position held since 2024 within Trane Technologies. Previously, Randy managed the Proto-type Shop and led the Validation and Test Lab at Thermo King from 2012 to 2020. Before that, they served as Parts Manager at Interstate PowerSystems for 18 years, from 1994 to 2012. Randy holds a degree in Diesel Technology from North Dakota State College of Science (1984-1986) and a degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Globe University (2015-2019).
