Previously, they worked at Ingersoll Rand as an Engineering Manager, overseeing chiller system and heat transfer engineers while managing operational excellence as a DFSS Black Belt. Richard’s prior experience includes roles such as Project Manager and Reliability Engineer at 英格索兰 and System Engineer at 特灵空调, contributing significantly to global chiller platform development projects. They hold a Master's degree in HVAC and a Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington.
