Ryan Madden has extensive experience in lean manufacturing and organizational change leadership. Initially, Ryan served as a Production Specialist and Lean Workshop Leader at Genie Industries from November 2005 to September 2007, where a Hoshin improvement plan for the paint system was developed. Following this, Ryan held various roles at Boeing Commercial Airplanes from July 2012 to July 2025, ultimately becoming a Senior Lean Practitioner focused on build processes, management systems, and people development. From February 2010 to March 2012, Ryan returned to Genie Industries as an Associate Workshop Leader and Team Leader, developing training programs for new hires and managing manufacturing teams. Currently, Ryan serves as a Senior Change Agent at Trane Technologies since February 2025.
