They currently serve as the Senior IT Director for Engineering & Technology + NextGen Programs at Trane Technologies. Previously, Sam held multiple positions at Ingersoll Rand, such as IT Director for Global Deployments and Program Manager for Sales Operations, where they managed large teams and led significant business transformation initiatives. Sam earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, further solidifying their expertise in business operations and process improvement.
