Sara Haar

Sara Haar has extensive experience in the field of training and development, currently serving as a Training Program Manager at Trane Technologies since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sara worked as a Training Project Leader at Trane from May 2014 to February 2022, where responsibilities included designing, managing, and delivering learning and development opportunities for Account Managers and technical roles through various formats such as in-person and computer-based training. Earlier in Sara's career, from September 2005 to April 2014, work as a Technical Writer at Logistics Health Incorporated involved creating instructional and communication materials for healthcare providers and contributing to proposal development.
