Scott Slater

Scott Slater is the Associate General Counsel for Commercial Litigation Americas at Trane Technologies, where they manage a substantial docket of cases and claims for the Residential and Thermo King businesses while advising on various commercial and risk-related issues. They previously served as Senior Counsel for Litigation at Siemens Corporation, where they oversaw a large litigation docket and advised on claims and risk management. Scott has also held roles as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and worked as an associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP and Jones Day, focusing on various types of litigation. Scott earned a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in Advertising from The Pennsylvania State University.
