Seth Ferguson

Seth Ferguson, PE, is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in the areas of integrated supply chain and ERP solutions. Currently serving as the IT Leader for the Americas Region at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Ferguson oversees various IT business services including PMO and FP&A. Prior to this, Ferguson held several key positions at Ingersoll Rand from July 2007 to March 2020, including Director - IT Business Partner for ERP Solutions, where responsibilities included interfacing with the executive leadership team to maximize ERP value. Ferguson’s career also includes roles in business transformation, new product development, quality management, and engineering, with foundational experience gained at Trim Masters Inc. and CDS - John Blue. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
