Sheetal W. is an experienced HR leader and strategic advisor with a strong background in employee engagement, organizational development, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Trane Technologies since 2021, Sheetal has previously held roles at Trane, including HR Generalist MEA, where they supported HR functions across the Middle East, India, and Africa.
