Stacey Carnahan

Stacey (Manthei) Carnahan possesses extensive experience in talent development and learning management within prominent organizations. At Ingersoll Rand from June 2002 to February 2008, Stacey served as HRIS Training and Reporting Team Lead, and later as Learning Manager, where the focus was on creating impactful learning solutions aligned with business strategies. As Senior Manager of Enterprise Talent & Organization Capability, Stacey built deployment strategies for Ingersoll Rand University programs. Following this, Stacey transitioned to Trane Technologies, holding various leadership positions from March 2020 to December 2021, including Senior Manager for Enterprise Learning Technology and Operations. Earlier career experiences include roles as HRIS Systems Analyst at KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Stacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and a certificate in Learning and Development from UNC Charlotte.
